User Agreement for New Users

This document establishes the terms and conditions that govern participation and use of the service. By registering and beginning to use this service, the User agrees to and accepts all the provisions contained herein.

Age Requirement

The User declares to be over 15 years old and has full legal capacity to accept these terms. The publication and distribution of nude, explicit, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited. The service is designed exclusively for users over 15 years old, and the User acknowledges and agrees to abide by this restriction at all times. Any violation of this condition may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without any right to refunds or compensation.

Registration and Security

To access and use this service, the User must complete a registration process, providing truthful and current information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). The account registered is solely the responsibility of the User, who will be liable for all activities carried out through their account. The User agrees to notify immediately of any unauthorized use of their account to prevent possible damages or misunderstandings.

Proper Use of the Service and Content

The User agrees to use the service only for permitted purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. It is strictly forbidden to publish, distribute, or promote content that infringes third-party rights, is offensive, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, or violates the policies established. Furthermore, uploading content that includes nudity or sexual material is not allowed. The service reserves the right to review, moderate, and delete any content that violates these rules without prior notice. Responsibility for published content lies solely with the User, who guarantees they hold the rights or have authorization to publish such content.

Money and Commissions

The User acknowledges and agrees that, for each income generated through subscriptions, paid content, tips, or sales, a 21% deduction will be applied as a commission. This amount will be retained as part of the service’s structure, and the remaining will be transferred to the User according to established periods and conditions. Payments will be made through accepted methods such as bank transfers, digital platforms, or other mechanisms provided. Payments will be managed securely and transparently, respecting current regulations.

Rights to Content

The User retains ownership of the content uploaded but grants a non-exclusive license allowing the content to be displayed, distributed, and promoted within the service and related media. This authorization includes the right to modify, adapt, or reproduce the content solely for promotional purposes within the scope of the service. The User guarantees that the content does not infringe upon third-party rights and that they have authorization to share it.

Moderation and Security

To maintain a safe environment, periodic review of content and behavior will occur. The service may delete content that violates policies, suspend, or block accounts for violations or inappropriate conduct. Security measures will be implemented to protect data and user privacy, in accordance with international data protection laws. However, the User should also cooperate by avoiding sharing sensitive personal information that could jeopardize their safety or privacy.

Cancellation and Termination

The User can request account cancellation at any time, providing prior notice. The service may suspend or cancel accounts for breach of these terms or violation of usage policies. After cancellation, the User will lose access to their content and data and will not be entitled to any claims, except for pending earnings rights.

Limitation of Liability

The service is not responsible for damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of the service or the publication of content by the User. Although security and moderation measures will be taken, total error-free protection cannot be guaranteed. The User agrees that use of the service is at their own risk.

Modification of Terms

Terms may be modified at any time with notice published within the service. Continued use of the service will imply acceptance of the new conditions. It is the User’s responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes or conflicts will be resolved in the courts of the region or country where the main operation is based, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

 

By registering and beginning to use this service, the User confirms having read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety.
